Body Balance

We understand that unexpected illnesses and emergencies may arise. However, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments leave openings that are often difficult to fill and directly affect our service providers’ schedules and income.

We appreciate your consideration and understanding.

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required on file to reserve all appointments at Body Balance.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for a group booking. Otherwise, the card on file will only be charged if the terms of this cancellation policy need to be applied.

Individual Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an individual appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Online booking privileges may also be restricted.

Appointments for Two People or Two Services

Appointments involving two people or two services require at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled services.

Group Reservations

Bookings involving three or more people and/or services require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total group booking.

Group cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations or significant changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the entire deposit being forfeited.
